Chili Cook-Off

Welcome to our 5th annual chili cook-off at the Dillsburg Farmers Fair. We have the best chili cooks from all over the country joining us to cook for the community as well the next generation of youth cooks.  These cooks will be competing for an opportunity to compete at the International Chili Society's World Championship Chili Cook-off in Myrtle Beach South Carolina. They will be competing in 4 categories, traditional red chili, chili verde, homestyle chili and salsa. Come join us on Saturday, October 21. 2023 from 10 am - 4 pm on Hanover Street and taste world champion caliber chili!
